Re: Official Invitations Thread?

I am using an artist, Kristy Rice from www.momentaldesigns.com, who hand-paints each invite...she is comporable to crane or william arthur - actually hundreds cheaper and much more unique.

if you look, click on 'current projects' - it shows all the ones she is working on. Mine is 'Kirsten' - she is still 'tweaking'

Re: Official Invitations Thread?

That would be great! I am still clueless about invites!

Re: Official Invitations Thread?

I ordered 4 samples the other day from finestationery.com. I will post pics when they arrive!

Also, can anyone post some good invitation websites for those of us who are clueless?

Re: Official Invitations Thread?

I got mine from www.einvite.com. I had a good experience with them after an initial breakdown in communication!

Pics: The blue is a periwinkle blue & the center is a shimmery silver...

Re: OFFICIAL 2008 INVITATIONS THREAD

I had promised myself that I wouldn't spend a ton of money on invites. Here are some great sites that have free samples.
exclusivelyweddings.com
now-and-forever.com
annsbridalbargains.com
rexcraft.com
After getting tons of samples, I went to Party City and flipped through some of the books. So much less overwhelming then looking at websites. But darn Party City isn't open at 1 am which was my prime invite searching time.
Once I order something, I try and remember to post a photo

Re: OFFICIAL 2008 INVITATIONS THREAD

I got 100 invites - raised printing, addressed RSVP envelopes for $227.00. I think that's pretty dang good!

Re: OFFICIAL 2008 INVITATIONS THREAD

The invite websites I LOVE so far are whiteaisle.com, kenziekate.com, weddingpaperdivas.com. I also got the catalogs from American Weddings, Rexcraft and Carlson Crafts. These are the ones that I love so far and I actually ordered the samples last week so we'll see if I like them in person:
