are any of you ladies using a Day of Coordinator? If so who are you using? I am trying to get some ideas on pricing just in case I want to use one.
We booked Michelle Nocella from Defining Moments.... love her!
Is a DOC expensive? Im on a very tight budget.
no she was not expensive at all, plus the money is well worth it. if you want Michelle's info FM me.

Hi ladies Im China, Im getting 7/27/07. I was just skimming around and heard some great advice. Im Haitian and FH is German and black. I have a dilemma, My wedding date techincal was supposed to be 7/08 due to our financial budget, we just brought a house about 1yr ago, and we decided it will be best in 08. But when we announced the news to my parents, they were astatic about the hold thing and said that 2008 is too far away, they insist that 2007 is a better year. Fine, FH and I agreed that 2008 will be to far. I booked almost all the important stuff so far, the only thing left is limo, which I have no idea where to go, since everyone is out there to rip you off. Ok long story short , back to my dilemma. I havent received my enagement yet. So when I tell getting married they look at my hand and say where is the ring. So tired of that, but I guess its the norm. But to make matters worst my MOH is bashing on my FH, she insist that he goes out and buy me any ring for now and an a couple of months get the real thing. Why should I settle, my enagement ring cost $8,000 and thats the one I want and he promise me thats the one im going to get, So why settle. What she's forgetting is that our wedding so far is at $60.000 not including rings and honeymoon.
PS. MOH also thinks $60,000 is too much for a wedding, But I look at it like this, one only get married once, so do it up or dont do it at all.
Welcome and good luck.

Hey Yanica!Thanks for the tip.
So, I'm curious... are you getting married at the reception venue where you're employed?
You're so lucky! You must be super prepared for your big day, probably having seen hundreds of weddings already!

Hey Ladies, What's Going on Today
I am trying to coordinate my bachelorette party. Does anyone have any unique ideas or plans for what they would like to have? One of my BM is suggesting going on a ski trip with a group she know but I may be a little too old for that

Ladies I have a problem my aunt suggested that me and FH go to city hall to get married all b/c we are moving in together. She said I should do it for security more than morals {b/c she is a christian}
She also said we should continue planning the wedding but things could happen with a 1 1/2. What do you ladies think and is any1 married by paper and is planning their wedding at a later date? What should I do?![]()
Fh and I got engaged at our house(apt)warmming.
and would have been living together engaged for 3 years this coming March.You guys ARE engaged and ARE planning a wedding so then INTENT is there!!
Sorry, but IMO just ignore the pressure- you guys are the ones in the relationship NOT your aunt!
