Ladies, my mom is looking for an AA salon to get her hair styled into an updo for the wedding. She is in Suffolk (Bayshore) but she is willing to travel to as far as Hempstead to have it done. . . anyone have any rec's?

i second that! she did my hair the day of and all of my Bridesmaids make-up & my mom and mog hair and make-up. She is soo sweet and calm.

Very interesting question - If you and your FH want to have it on a certain date then you should not let your sister dictate anything. However, what is her reasoning for not wanting you all to get married on a Thursday night?? Are there other members of your family that oppose it?

Her reasoning is that everyone might not have off. So far no one else opposes once I give them the reasoning. Since July 4 falls on Saturday most jobs are observing it on July 3 & giving people Friday off.

Her reasoning is that everyone might not have off. So far no one else opposes once I give them the reasoning. Since July 4 falls on Saturday most jobs are observing it on July 3 & giving people Friday off.

Thanks everyone. I'm sticking to the Thursday night. If FH's family can take off days to fly in from Arizona then my family can make it work too since the RH is 5 minutes from my house.

I was told that my studio (12th night) you get your epic on a cd the same day you take them...Im not sure about actual prints though...
