here are some answers to a few FAQs
Q: If i return items from my registry do i get cash back?
A: Yes but only if the registry in our systems show it WAS bought off the registry meaning the person who bought it notified the cashier it was a registry gift and the registry number was added into the system
Q: Is there a time limit to return items?
A: NO you can return them at anytime for any reason
Q: Do all the sotres carry the same items?
A: NO there are some items that can only be purchased online...also bigger stores will have more variety than smaller stores
Q: If something is purchased online can it be returned to a store? A: YES

NO....if she returns it she will get back the ammount that the item is at the time of the return.....so say when it was bought it was $100 and when she returns it it is down to $50 she will get $50...........they do not keep a record of wether it was bought with a coupon or not

I'm no BBB employee but I believe as long as they still carry them, she can return them, but she's going to get a store credit for the price they are currently selling for

yup as long as it scans into the system she can return them......but if the pricwe went down and you dont have a recipt you will only get they refund for the price they are now.

really???? we have people return stuff at my store froim online ALL THE TIME! lol
glad to know the return policy. I've had friends say that some places wouldn't let them return duplicate items that people might have purchased from their registry.

as long as the registry says at least 1 was purchased you are fine....if you are returning both then u will get cash back on 1 and store credit on the other
heres a dumb question.,.... do they give those cards to stuff in invites??? I started so long ago and now have to go tontie and finish so shower invites can go out (Jason says hes getting me a rascal to go around in )
Has anyone ever tried to return a gift that wasn't purchased from BBB but that they stock?
I had someone that got married tried to return a blender that was purchased at one store and then tried to bring it to BBB and get cash for it... only because they have a cash return policy.
