SO many people have BBB questions....please post them here since i work there Ill help as much as i can!!
here are some answers to a few FAQs
Q: If i return items from my registry do i get cash back?
A: Yes but only if the registry in our systems show it WAS bought off the registry meaning the person who bought it notified the cashier it was a registry gift and the registry number was added into the system
Q: Is there a time limit to return items?
A: NO you can return them at anytime for any reason
Q: Do all the sotres carry the same items?
A: NO there are some items that can only be purchased online...also bigger stores will have more variety than smaller stores
Q: If something is purchased online can it be returned to a store? A: YES
1) my mom doesn't believe me that expired 20% coupons are still honored at the stores...is there a cut off as to the expiration date? Like, if it expired January 2007 and I try to use it in March 2008, will they say no good?
2) will BBB price match with other stores?
3) i registered for a couple of fine china & crystal items from BBB, but none of the stores in Queens carry them. Is there a way for guests to get them sent to the store or to their home without doing it online? If so, what are the shipping charges (if you happen to know off hand)

1) yes we will take expired coupons....tho we are really not supposed to take other stores coupons expired some stores do cause they dont wanna be boether with customers yelling at them lol
2) yes but you have to bring in the ad and they will check to make sure its the SAME EXACT ITEM!! color size everything if there is 1 little thing different we will not match it!
3) they can order it in the store and use their coupon and have it shipped to you or to them....but there will be a shipping charge it goes by price not weight so its pretty reasonable
I hope you dont mind me crashing. I registered for All Clad pots and pans and noticed you can't use the 20% off coupons on them... does the 10% off everything on your registry after the wedding count toward this if no one buys them for me and I want to get them myself or are they always full price? Thanks!
u can prob get away with it.....try to give them the 20% most cashiers dont pay close enough attention to the coupons honestly....if they say no you should be able to use your completor on it cause i believe its off EVERYTHING left on the registry

Thanks a lot! I figured that since it says you can't use it on the coupon that it would like beep something weird and the cashier would tell me I cant use it. Usually though BB&B cashiers are really nice and let you use 1000 coupons. You girls make me happy! Thanks again!
hmmm...i dont think those expire either...i have never really looked at it to see an experation date but i assume since we take the regualr coupons expired we would take those too next time you are in BBB you can ask them....iill find out tomorrow ...if i remember lol
but honeslty your best bet is to just save up all your 20% coupons....you save more that way
first off as far as i know nova blue is not being disc...they changed the packaging so they are comming in with new boxes and bar codes ( sdoesnt mean they are not being disc but we just got a shipment in so ill say no)
i have not seen boxes of white square plates but you can buy them sperate

Someone in Lake Grove told me it was bc when I was there with my mom it wasnt on display like it normally was and i asked and she told me - thats bc its on its way out, itll be avail a lil longer but its going to be disc...i was like whaaa???? esp since i saw on the web all the accessories i didnt know existed!!!
