I used Mariann from Blue Daisy, also! She was amazing to work with and the shoot itself made me feel so great about myself! I gave the album to DH the first night of our HM and he loved it! He couldn't believe I got the nerve to do them! He was like, 'This book needs to go in our safe!'

ladies, if you dont mind, how much do the b-pics run? that would be a great 1st anniversary gift since anniversary #1 is paper!

ETA: do u girls get ur makeup done on your own or is that included in the price? i thought i read that one time but could be mistaken!

Makeup/hair was not included. You could go to their studio for the pics (wth 4-6 of your own outfits) or they could come to your place. For me, the price covered 3 hours of picture taking and a high resolution CD with all my pics.

All you ladies look amazing -- thanks for posting on your different photog's so far the only photog I had a referral to was a lady in Boston -- whose work is amazing but I kept thinking - -there HAS to be someone in this area!!!

Love the results I'm seeing. . . .

It might totally be worth the investment -- need to go to the gym for a bit first though!!!

For all the ladies who did boudoir and did not get an album from the photographer... What did you do??? I dont want to spend the extra 450 on an album when I already spent $350 on my photos... ANY IDEAS PLEASE

Hey in the '08 and some of the '09 brides threads I read on Boudoir photos -- a lot of the ladies cut costs by making them on like Snapfish type sites for $45 to $90 versus spending $100 to $300 with their photog!

If you do a boudoir search and pic some of the older threads you'll see the vendors they used :) Basically any online photo type site. .

Upload your pics to picaboo.com and create your own album. That's what I did. It's 50% off for first timers!

how was the quality?

The quality of the album depends on the quality of the photographs (pixels). My album came out great!

Do you have a favorite pic/pics? yes, but I wont post them. But here are a few others I like...

What did your FH or Hubby saw when you first gave it to him?? How did you / will you present it????
I made a beautiful black leather bound album on snapfish with the high resolution photos she gave me. I gave him the album and watch the night before our wedding. He opened up the album, and slowly looked through it. Didnt say a word. He closed it, kissed me. Then looked through it again 3 more times. He loved it and was really shocked that I did that. We live in FL, so he was suprised that I was able to pull that off, drive down to South beach, and do it - he had no clue.. I def recommend doing it!!! i have a few other pics in album
