I am getting married at the Estate. I am also having my ceremony there. Went last week to make a payment and it looked gorgeous!!!!!!!
Did anyone sit down with that free Wedding Cord. guy there when they booked? I never did, but wanted to know if anyone got anything out of it.

no i didnt meet with the coordinators. they called a few times, but i just wasnt interested in the service.

Estate bride!!
I did meet with the coordinator before we went to look at photographers back in like January I think. He was nice, but of course, pushing his photographers. We haven't been back since, but I think I will make another appointment when it's time to buy invitations- don't they give you a discount or something?

im not sure if they give a discount...i just rather find my own vendors then have them push certain ones on me...jmo

North Hampton Ballroom at the Inn
I did meet with the coordinator but we had already booked most of the venders. He was able to answer some questions we had and was helpful. but I'm not sure if it was worth the driva all the way out there.

After a long and exhausting search my fh and I finally decided to go with East Wind. Unfortunately we are getting the Country Gardens, which is the smaller of the three buildings. However, this will work because we are trying to keep the guest list to 125. Also, we wanted an evening wedding on 9/15/07, which was already booked so we had to move the date up to 9/8/07. Ladies, I hope we all made the right decision. Now, I can finally move on to the second phase of this wedding planning crap

its so great to see that this thread is moving right along! I had met with the wedding coordinator before he was very helpful and so nice and funny. I cannot make it to the bridal showcase tomorrow :( but whoever goes let me know how it was :)

Hello ladies, I went to the East Wind show case last night and it was really nice. The food was awesome and the service was excellent. I fell in love with the grounds all over again. I took the opportunity to discuss some finally things with John and by the end of the night I had my signed contract so I am officially and East Wind Bride now!

I love looking at pictures of the Estate - just gorgeous. When I go to the showcases I like to walk over there and sit at the sweetheart table and just look at it!

im not positive, but i think its in the main cocktail hour room....because there are doors that lead from the cocktail hour to the main room without going back into the lobby...
