my mom has been going to curves since may and she loves it! she has only lost 4 lbs according to the scarle but she is losing inches like crazy! in 1 month she lost 2 inches from her hips, 2 inches from her bust 3 inches from her thighs and an inch from her arms! I was thinking about giving it a try

I didnt grow up in Massapequa either. I moved here with my family about 6yrs ago. So my brother and i really dont know anyone either.
Synergy is a really nice gym!!!
Well i'm there and Gina... Dream426 goes there too... so you would def know people!

I got a free month memebership to ladies workout express.. my sister and I went 1 time and never went back.. it was too wierd changing machines every 40 sec or something..

I mostly run along the Cross Island Parkway and belong to Road Runners in the city. I do however, belong to Lucille Roberts in Bayside but switching to NYSC in Whitestone once i move.

I go to Powerhouse in Bellmore. I'm thinking of changing to Golds in Bellmore b/c FH wants to go to a Golds (he used to go to one in queens and loved it).

I did belly dancing and I even have the belt with the little coins on it but I didn't want to go alone! We should go together but I have to warn you, I haven't seen the inside of that gym since september so I am pure beast.

me too!! I haven't been there since June though. I was in a bad car accident and I haven't gotten the go ahead from my dr. yet that I could go back. I am in Florida right now, so I am hoping I can hit the gym again next week.
