ugh I wish i was home! Nope, my office expects us in. My boss didnt make it though, he got hit with 8 inches.

i didnt even have that option. Im covering for 3 people today so yeah i had no choice since i was the only one in my group who had to come in today lol.

FH though had a big presentation for work, it was upstate and he called in and asked someone else to do. He has rear wheel drive so his car slips all over the place. He drove me a few blocks to the train and he was sliding everywhere, he knows how to control it but to do that all the way upstate will be hard

they didnt even plow my street yet!!!! I called in to work and said if you reaaalllly need me to come in, i will. But for right now, i'd rather wait it out. I get too nervous driving in the snow.

I'm home. No way I'm driving 37 miles in this weather. And they don't plow on the side roads over here or at least they haven't yet.

i am still debating. i sprained my ankle bad & still walking on crutches.

crutches + snow= imminent slip & fall

or maybe not. i'm going to call in soon & see what my boss says.

i could have worked from home.. but me being the shmuck that I am, left my cell phone at work.. and l had to come to get it.. 2 hour commute on a regular day.. turned to a nightmare.. ugh.

And not to get off topic but I just have to tell this story - this morning as I was pushing the snow off my car, I let my dog off the leash to play in the front yard - all you could see was a little black and white head above the snow running around. When I called his name and he looked at me, it looked like he ate a white powdered doughnut since there was snow sprinkled around his face. SOOO CUTE!!! Sorry - I just had to share.

We stay home everyday....We are bums...lol. But usually FH goes out...now hes snowed in so he wont be going out. Finally a day where I get him to myself
