OK ragazze - I wanna make something for Easter to bring to my aunts house - and for the In-laws ....any suggestions as to what I should make? Im thinking of a cake or cookies

my mom usually makes cassate di ricotta for Easter and they're sooo good - if u want the recipe I can get it for u by tomorrow - oh and she has the recipe for the rainbow cookies that my aunt gave her and i swear they come out so delicious - better than the ones u get at villabate even - if u want the recipes lemme know

my mom makes cassata - and FMIL made cassata this past sunday .. but rainbow cookies sound really yummy! I'll take the recipe for that! Thank you Santina

Me too, I would love a cassata recipe...I am sure my mom has one...I have to ask her but I would definitely LOVE your recipe for the rainbow cookies
