I'm sooo excited!!!!!!

I got my tiara a few weeks ago and Friday I'm going to p/up my veil!!!!! Yayeeeee!!!!

That's all for right now. How is everyone else doing??

I got my dress on Saturday. I have to bring it back to the store tomorrow so they can put it in storage with my veil. I had it shipped to Jersey to save on sales tax.

I will post pics when I have them developed.

That is really exciting about your dress. They said mine could take up to 10 months and I ordered it in May so unless it comes early I won't see it till 06.

We've gotten a few quotes for our honeymoon and will hopefully book this week!! So exciting.

So far 2 of my girls put their deposit down on their bm dresses, so 5 to go!

Thanks! It's Mackenzie Michaels, and there are a lot of colors to choose from. It's black lace over color, so I will probably have my MOH wear a slightly different but complimentary color to my bridesmaids. I'm not sure of the price, but I would guess around $150, definitely not more than $200 (I hope).

Hi Girls!!!!!

I was so excited today being it was 10 months until my wedding. I know a few of you girls are right behind me on the 10th. So exciting!!!

So, Are you girls done with your vendors?

I finally booked my photographer last week.
Whew!!!!!! That was a hard one. Glad it's done.

Time is going to fly. I have so many things running through my head that I want to get done. Just have to take it day by day!

Sorry, I'm babbling over here.

I'm done with my big vendors. I have to order the BM dresses at the end of October.

I can't believe '06 girls are all ready ordering their invitations. Wow time really is moving fast.

I know I still can't believe we only have under 10 months left

i looked once. i went to the bridal salon of manhassat. i tried on some monique lhuillier dresses that i liked. i want to go to kleinfeld cuz it seems like they have a big collections, and i also wanted to try vera wang, but no one one here has really mentioned her. am i really late? i can't go shopping again until mid sept.

I tried on one Vera Wang but I felt it didn't do anything for me. Her dresses seem very plain lately. I haven't seen her do a dress with embroidery in awhile. I chose a Reem Acra dress because she is famous for her beading and embroidery.

No you're not late I think it you order your dress my late September early October you should be fine.

I saw some pics and it looks too light. But I really think it depends on the designer. Now I saw dresses from Bill Levkoff that I liked but those were the dresses that looked too light.

I'm lost here. lol

Finding BM dresses that I like has been so hard. Harder than picking my own gown.

Well there are two types of silver... I did a search and found one thats light and one thats dark:




IMO... i'd go w/ the darker silver!

Yes...those are the pictures I saw from the BHB post I started.

The light silver is from Bill Levkoff.
Which is the designer I like.

I guess I'm going to have to find another designer and see how their silver looks.

Any Suggestions????
