Well Cresents dress is white and Im alittle thrown off bec mine is ivory, its looks different. I think I tried it on at KF in pink , cant remember

well kenneth pools ivory still looks white, when i saw it in ivory at first i was like wait isn't that white...KP white is STARK white, so it wont be much different

In crescents video her dress looked stark white. Yes mine is still white but ivory white not stark white. I just remember last time when I tried it on , that ivory looked great against my skin

well at least you got to try it on in ivory so thats good...i tried on a pastel green sample and the only time ive seen my dress in a white color is in pictures so even in person i dont know what mine looks like in ivory lol. have to wait about 4 more months lol

Amsale told me this Nov-Dec. I hope so!! They are in production with their new seasons line thats why mine is taking soo long

Yeah had the cyrstals replaced, thats whats taking so long. They told me this month/next that will be done. I want to take pics in it so I wont forget. Then have to get it cleaned then altered. So in total I will have it completely ready next year

it'll be soon though, how exciting...i cant wait until i get to see mine, well i also made changes to mine so im real curious lol

i thought i remember you saying that a while ago in the post about FH's seeing the dress during dress searching... that u felt it was only fair that your fh saw it bc he was buying if for u

yea i did originally think that, but i got LOTS of comments from people telling me not to do it.
so i kept it in. and then just recently i let him guess which was mine and he guessed first time.

yeah kenneth pool makes the ivory light very close to white, when i saw it i was like, wait that is ivory? it looks white to me

Ohhh Im sorry Crescent, I thought your dress was white. I didnt know it was ivory, it looks very rich in color. White makes me look pale too

I am also a Kenneth Pool bride. In fact KPs were the only dresses I tried on at all, and I bought the second one I tried.

I bought it at the KP for Amsale boutique on Madison Avenue. I am obsessed with Austen Scarlett so wearing one of his gowns is like a dream come true.

I don't have photos of me in it yet but here are the model pics.

In person the skirt is much more ballgown and full (the store told me the runway model wore a first edition of the dress which has been tweaked a bit since). In addition, the permanent bustle you see in the back will not be in place on my dress, I ordered it without the sewn bustle. Instead it will be flat in the back and will have a double french bustle for the reception.

It's so unbelievably beautiful.
