Sounds like alot of fun.. a mock wedding.. cocktail hr, dinner, etc etc.. we should all go..

If I sell now...I will be owing to the bank (don't want that). If I do a 'short-sale' my credit score will really go down and there goes any plans of a future home (for another few yrs). If I lose the home then I can really forget about getting any credits. Plus I am afraid how this will affect my student loans which are $35k a yr. I cannot afford to pay for school at this moment. I hope my bank or another bank can lower my interest and extend the yr from 30 to 40 or even 50. I'll see what this bank tells me. It's so stressful. But thank you ladies for being concern and trying to give me suggestions. You guys are the best

I am not going cause I wasn't chosen as the BRIDE...JK...lol It's DH's 30th bday that very same day. If we were bride and groom hell yeah, he would have loved it and that would have been the best 30th bday present for him..lol But that was no the case. So we shouldn't celebrate something that does not deal with him. I would have wanted to go to meet the LI girls in person...but can't do.

NO SHORT TERM!!! We had the condo for sale for a while now.. nothing!!!! *****.. but dont do a short term! Pray... hopefully you will get a lower interest... we are trying to keep tenants in our place and JUST PRAYING that a miracle happens and we get to refi soon.. I will pray for you as well!!

i think if you want to visit leonards you have to have an appt and probably be there before 11am, because there weddings start after that and you cant visit their rooms.

That was my hall my first time around. I didn't go back there because I played it out by going so often to look at it...LOL plus I starting seeing the room small. The latest I have gone was at 3 p.m. but that was a Sat or Sun. To be honest with you I thought I was being rude, but you might see two or three people dress casual while guests are arriving. I even saw brides taking pics. I agree with Gloria, its best to go early, you don't want to feel like your crashing in.
