As you can see - I am absolutely bored and procrastinating from doing work - so I made of list of past and future NRC brides so we can all know where to get info, reviews, opinions and pictures from. Hope this helps everyone! I am sure I missed some past brides and some future brides - I'll still look for more though...

I am doing my menu tomorrow night. Any suggestions, I think we are going with the chilean sea bass, and the chicken tuscany.

I just wanted to rave that I went to the NRC this past weekend to discuss adding some things onto my menu and Jennie was so accommodating and GREAT to work with!

We ended up adding the Viennese Hour and a Pasta Course!

Yum! We had the filet mignon w/ mushroom sauce, chilean sea bass w/ baby lobster sauce, and chicken tucany - all of them were delicious!!

My Thank you cards are ready & I'm sending NRC one for the fabulous job they did.
I want to mention everyone individually who helped make my night spectacular.
Did anyone else send them a thank you?
I wonder if all of them will see & read it. Do you think they get so many that it just piles up or do they put them in a book. Either way, I'm grateful and I'm gonna let them know.

HI! I am getting married at NRC 12.03.05. I was wondering how many guests everyone had. We are having about 250 guests and although we were told that NRC seat up to 350, I was wondering if anyone has had a guest list that large and how comfortable the seating was. Any feedback would greatly help. THANX

We had invited 311 and ended up with around 238 people. It was amazing!! Plenty of room for everyone. I even added an extra table in the room for the venders. (they usually seat them in the cocktail room)
I chose round tables for most and a few oval tables for the bigger tables of 13. They request that you seat 10-12 people per table but I had 2 tables of 13 people.
The dance floor was packed all night but still enough room for a few more.

We invited 300 and 233 came. We had all round tables. For the few tables that were larger they put in larger round tables that could hold 15 (or 16?) people. It looked great and there was more than enough room!

All of you NRC brides who used Pedestals: Who had the draping done on the ceiling?

Pedestals quoted me $1,600-2,000 to do it and I just cannot justify spending that much money!

Does anyone have pics of this from their day? Thanks in advance!!!

i am having the draping done, Pedestals is doing a golden organza similar to whats on the stairway, and rose petals are going to fall down during the first dance, we are paying $1600, i know it's alot but is one thing i really really wanted and i'm gonna splurge on it. i called other florists to do it but no one else does, that i found, and Pedestals is the only ones who have done it at the NRC, so i decided to suck it up and pay. i love the way it looks in the room!!

i haven't gotten married yet so i don't have any pics, but i originally got the idea from an album at the NRC, a bride had purple fabric draping, maybe you can ask them if you can see the albums
