We picked out our invites already, we just haven't ordered them yet. I don't want the invites to just sit around our apt for the next couple of months. But we'll probably be ordering them soon.

I'm doing invites on Saturday so hopefully that will get done and I have my hair/makeup trial today so I hope that gets booked too. Monday all my BM's are ordering their dresses. Hmmm, what's next then???? Oh, I have to get shoes and flip flops.

I haven't done much wedding stuff for the past couple of months. All major vendors are chosen But I don't have invites, rings, cake topper, flutes, signing frame, shoes, jewelry, tiara...anyway the list goes on and on....I am SOO freaked out and anxious!

I know, I feel so anxious, like I should be doing something. I have nothing left to do until I sent out my invites!!! Crazy huh....I just look for jobs and keep busy with school during my free time!

hey girls! where am i these days?
I'm going the DIY invite route too. I just ordered the supplies, since the pocketfolds take a minute to put together and the colors i wanted just became available after being out of stock... since DIY takes longer I thought i should get started.
I'm trying to get my girls to get measured for their dresses - we have to get them ordered...
but that's about it.
the hm is done - Aruba!!!!!
eventually i'll get to tuxes and BP gifts...

Hello! I have a quick question. We're starting to look at invitations and I realized I can't order them until we decide on our time for the church. Our priest said we could have 2p, 3p or 4p. We were leaning towards 3p BUT I realized that the sun sets early (4:40). Do you think I should do the 2p ceremony to get some daylight for pics?

I never thought of that when we booked everything and have a 4pm ceremony-no outdoor pics for me so if you want them then yes

Yikes!!!! Everyone seems to be doing invites now. Is that what I should be working on...especially if I am going the DIY route?
This six month mark is really freaking me out.
I honestly don't think there is a major rush to order invites right now. Depends though where you are getting them from I guess - some places take longer. I'll probably order them in June or July...I'm a late Nov. bride.
So we decided on which BM dresses to go with...we got them from Ann Taylor Celebrations...LOVE them. They are so gorgeous in person. I will attach a pic...MOH will be in the long version and BM's will be in the short one. We are adding a champagne colored sash to their dresses to match the sash on my gown. FG dress is attached too.....thinking of doing them in champagne sash as well to match all other sashes but some people said to do the FG's sashes in brown...what do you think???
Speaking of invites, when are you ladies sending yours out? Our wedding is 11/5 and I am going to have a 10/1 RSVP date. Does mid-August sound right?

Where are all my November girls?
Just wanted to check in with everyone. Can you believe we've hit the 6 month mark?
This weekend FH and I booked our HM and our trolley. We have a large bridal party and decided the trolley was the best solution to keep us all together!
It's starting to become real now...especially since I requested my time off from work today for the wedding/HM and it was approved!

I can't believe it's 6 months either!
Well, I had my two cousins come from Jersey to get their measurements taken and leave their deposits for their dresses. I just need the other three to go and place theirs and then they can be ordered.
I have seen two florists so far, noone I am crazy about. I am trying to make an appt. with another florist this week to get some more quotes.
I am currently also trying to schedule my hair trials and then will work on doing the make up trials.
What is everyone else doing?
