My dress came in last month. I'm not trying it on until my first fitting on 9/16 but I did look it over very, very, VERY carefully.
My shower (didn't want to be surprised) is on 9/9 and it's at the Garden Grill in Smithtown. So excited!
I have my shoes but I'm rethinking my veil. Have my first hair trial on Friday so I'll ask my stylist for opinions then.
My invites should be back from the calligrapher by Friday/Monday so it's almost time to stuff them!!!![]()
My shower is on 9/9 too...in my sister's gorgeous backyard on the water...hopefully it won't rain. But she did get a tent.

me too, the limo is coming @ 9:15. we are getting ready at my parents house which is right down the road from Flowerfields. we are getting married there so we are taking pictures first for 2 hours. where are you going for your honeymoon? we are going to Sandals Bahamas Sunday morning
That's so funny. I'm getting ready at my mom's house too but the limo's coming about 8:30. I live about 5 minutes away from Lands End and we're going to take our pics before the ceremony. The limo is going to drop us off and then go pick up the guys so hopefully we'll have 2 full hours to take pics. Then we leave on Tuesday for 2 weeks in Hawaii!!!! Where are you going? And where are you in all your planning?

we're going to the Bahamas too, i can't wait! we leave on Monday. i still can't believe how fast the time has flown by. 3 months from today ladies!!! i'm starting to get a little nervous. i've been so wrapped up in planning, i woke up this morning and it hit me that i'm going to be a wife soon. anyone else get moments like that?

I just ordered my shoes today - I LOVE them! And I went to try on my dress again. I am obsessed with trying on my dress. I went 3 weeks ago when it came in, then I went last week when my girls went there to order their BM's dresses, and then I went back again today to try it on again. If I keep doing this I am going to get sick of my dress, and drive Phyllis crazy! But she is a sweetheart every time I go. I will stop now though! I am going to wait until my first fitting to try on my dress again. I will try to download pics into the computer to show you girls what my dress looks like.

Hello! I had my shower yesterday. It was so much fun. It was at the Kingspoint Merchant Marine Academy. It was a gorgeous day and it was lots of fun opening all the fun GIFTS!![]()
