Girls...I'm stressing about the HM. Anyone going to Italy in November? Where are you going and how did you plan your trip? I'm so lost.

Hey Katie! I hope you're having a better day.

We're probably going to Italy too, even though Greece is still in the running. If we do go to Italy (95% chance) we'll do Rome for the first 3 days and then stay on the Amalfi Coast for about 10 days since neither of us have been to that area before. No busy tours for us, we just want to relax and live there for a few days.

Wouldn't it be funny if we were on the same flight?

OMG that would be so fun if we were on the same flight! When do you guys think you will leave?

Still trying to figure out the honeymoon. FH wanted to go to Italy forever and was trying to convince me (I've already been twice so wanted to go somewhere 'new') and now all of a sudden he wants to go to Disney World and a Caribbean cruise and I want to go to Italy!!! We are not on the same page about it yet.

Hopefully we will figure it out soon.

Sorry I've been slacking on FMs...I have been so busy planning a 30th birthday party for my sister! I will be glad when it is over thsi weekend!!

Ladies!!! What are you doing for favors? I'm having such a hard time figuring this one out. I'm torn between doing candles, cookie cutters, or coffee scoops. Any other ideas? Thanks!

I'm doing wine - Pindar Autumn Gold. At least I know everyone will probably use it and it goes with my fall theme.

Nothing. FH is working so I'll probably do some shopping - maybe look for my flip flops for the wedding. Then we go to AC on Monday with sister and BIL.

I'm doing wine - Pindar Autumn Gold. At least I know everyone will probably use it and it goes with my fall theme.

LOL I made my FH go to the Engaged Encounter Weekend (Pre-Cana variation) in June 2005 (and we had the hall booked for 11/25/06). We needed to just get it done!

I'm doing the glass love coasters. I just liked them and figured they'd come in handy if I had too many.

I booked the limo and ordered the dress yesterday... so I'm wedding free for the weekend!!!

For favors I am doing Christmas ornaments. We are filling them with potpourri that we are making with all the roses my FH has given me since we started dating. We are Christmas nuts so it suits us.

As for this weekend my family is throwing my sister a surprise 30th birthday party! I've been on slight hiatus with wedding planning because I've been planning for this. Ahhh....overload!!!

Hey! Hope you girls had a good weekend. We completed Pre Cana and ordered BM dresses (I guess pretty big weekend, huh)!!! We ordered from the Bill Levkoff Classics Collection - Style #200 in Euro Sable. We're approaching that 6mths mark ..... time slow down!!!

Past week was pretty busy but I think I'm finally on track... but there's still so much to do!

We now have:
THE DRESS (last week)
the tiara (last week)
the veil (last week)
the purse & shawl for dress (last week)
the Limo (last week)
the favors (last week)
the BM dresses picked out (last week- Bill Levkoff 966 Euro Navy & Champagne)
the hall
the church
Pre-Cana done
the flowers
the rings
the website
the photographer
the videographer
Save the dates (and they've alreay been sent)

Working on:
the honeymoon
the invites
the tuxes
BM dresses sizing and ordering
the registries

Still to do:

hair
make-up
bridal outfit accessories (jewelry, undergarments)
church accessories (cry-packs, programs, etc)
reception accessories (menu, seating cards, etc)
find photo location for between church & hall
the marriage license (not happening until Oct/Nov anyway)

I haven't done a thing lately. But for the month of May I want to get these things done:

look for invitations
engagement photos
hair/makeup trials

Not too bad.

Okay! Finally figured out the favors! We're doing a donation to the Komen BC Foundation in memory of my Mom and coffee scoops. Phew! So happy that is done!

I'm really having a tough time with favors right now!! On a brighter note, last week I got the call that my dress came in, so I went for a 'try on' last night - very exciting.

How are all the November girls doing? I got my bridesmaid dresses!!!! I posted on BHB but figured I'd share with you guys (I'm very excited to cross this off the list). Is anyone else not doing 'fall' colors??

They are in my community album too.
