Hey Old fielders! Just wanted to start a thread for us since we just booked at The Old Field Club. After looking at 25 halls-this one is perfect for us! We love it because it is rustic, elegant, classy, I hear the food is phenomenal, the views are to die for and we are SOOOOOOOOOOO excited. Happy planning girls!

I am not having my wedding there, but I live right across the water from it, and it is an abosultely beautiful location! We were thinking of having our wedding there but my FH brother and about 3 of his friends got married there so we wanted some place different....PS The food IS GOOD!

Very pretty! There are so many great decorating options with the hotels. I love the convenience of it too. Wedding, eat, drink, dance, and then stay in the hotel bar upstairs and continue to celebrate-we diod that for FSIL's wedding.

Yup, I'm an OFC bride too. I love how flexible they are and how Tom entertains my every whim (and believe me I ask DUMB questions sometimes, lol). But how upset are you that they didn't have a showcase this year?!

Yayyyyyy! It's nice to see other OFC brides. I really think its SUCH a hidden gem. My biggest criteria for a venue was 'no marble' and I was SO psyched to find a place on the water that didn't have a drop of it!

Hey Ladies,
I'm not booked at OFC yet, but I'm on the verge...how have your experiences been in general working with them? Have you been happy? This is such a huge decision and I'm NERVOUS! Also, I've been talking to beachbum a bit on FM and am worried that I have too many people - 170...thoughts?

I wish I was on OFC bride! I loved it there...and the BM was soooo sweet!
FH thought it was too far though and my mother said she didn't think you got enough for your money compared to other places...which is true- BUT the quality of the food is much better than other places...
Oh well, I'll be on the bay instead of the sound- still have the low key rustic look...just have to deal with UGLY carpet

my MOH had her college graduation party there a few years ago - she graduated in December so it was all decked out for Christmas. it looked gorgeous and the food was delicious! we had an amazing time! i'm sure weddings there are just as awesome. congrats to all of you!!!
