OFFICIAL Pocketfold Invitation Thread!

I was looking for invitation threads and saw a bunch but none just for pocketfolds. Soooooooo, I thought I would start one up!

I know our 07'ers will be looking soon for invites, so hopefully this will help someone

Let's post:

Those are very nice! I think I am going to do Pocketfold Invitations. I haven't started to look yet though.

This is the style I am getting, but my colors are black and red.

I can't take credit, I got the idea from another 07' bride but I can't remember who

Here is the style I am using.
Silver Metallic pocket, aquamarine cardstock and white card stock for th actual invite. I ordered them from invitesbyyou.com (they own www.notfromabox.com). I will be putting them together and printing them myself. I already ordered the folders, aqua cardstock and envelopes all for $125 (80 qty.)

I found a woman online that does it from her home. And they are beautiful.

She is making my samples right now.
I saw a really expensive invite on a website like $6.50, and she is recreating it for me for $3.25!!!
That includes custom designing, and everything inner/outer envelope, pocket, reception card, response, etc..

If any of you want her info FM me! She's great. She emails proofs before she prints them to make sure the sample is perfect.

We'll be doing pocket fold invites... we're buying the pocket folds and then just buying the cardstock and cutting everything out ourselves. Here's my inspiration pic, but we will be doing different colors. I was bored and playing with photoshop and made up a 'blueprint' of what I want ours to look like.
