but honestly if you're nervous then yes you wont like it bc your muscles are all tight...if you breathe and relax first it will be a HUGE difference...also position you are in makes a difference

Nicole... the key is relaxing, Denise is right... and it doens't feel good the first time, or the first few, for that matter. It does have the potential to feel good, though!!!

right before i just lay there and say ok give me a sec and i close my eyes, breathe and relax so this way my muscles are relaxed
