I haven't seen one of these and I searched for one and didn't find anything so Sand Castle ladies, here is our thread! Notebook it in case we need each other during the planning! There are quite a few of us now!

were you still able to use the surround sound speakers or the tv screens using after hours?

using afterhours were you still able to use the 4 screens in the ballroom and the surround sound?

I also booked after hours but for the screens, when we booked SC will told us everything is included, the fog and screens. Although the sound system u cant use unless you book genesis bc they paid to put that system in.

hallquest, i just saw this

i think we had access to surround sound - i know that phil had no problem and the music was great.

we used the tvs, but they were controlled by SC, not by afterhours. SC has a video system so it was just us on the tv. we didnt do a montage or zap shots or anything like that, so the tv was actually a 'bonus' for us since we didnt plan/expect it
