For BM's I'm leaning towards a midnight blue/dark navy color paired with light blue & white hydreangas for bo-k's.

this is the same dress I'll be using for my girls....except in taffeta instead of satin (style # 557)

I'm doing the dress in sable (chocolate brown) with a taupe sash. It's going to be gorgeous!!!

what colors are you using for the dress/sash?

Actually I am using the dress in satin and the colors I am doing are the exact reverse of this picture. So the dress will be taupe and the sash will be champagne for the BM's and sable brown for my MOH. They all love it!! I think I am going to bring them all in and order the dresses soon!

this is my first post - i'm getting married 9/9/07, planning everything from tucson, az. thanks to the lack of time off work and distance, i've gotten little done so far. does anyone have suggestions for photographers or florists?!? i'm getting so tired of looking at websites and feel as if i'm going no where!!! any suggestions would be soooo welcome!! thanks ladies

that is too funny that you almost picked the same BM dress!!! But we still have the same color. Are you using brown in other ways for the wedding? invites, favors, placecards, etc.....I know I want to use it I just have to figure out where.....and the more I see the tiffany blue color with brown I just love it!!

Designed my STD Brochures, (now I just need to print and send them)
Photographer

Going to book my officiant today and then start researching music DJ's and String Trio's.

We also consulted a bakery for our very non-traditional cake...Haven't gotten the quote yet though scared to see what the numbers are.

Gotta start the BM dress hunt soon.

That is too funny & I remember when you were looking for your reception (you were thinking of the Nautical Empress) Yes I am a brown and tiffany blue girl.... my invites are going to be ivory with a mocha writing... favors I might have it in the bows or the gift wrapping... my baskets for the church with be brown with tiffany blue bows. I will see how it works... are you having brown and another color ~ how will you be incorporating your wedding colors?
