wow i think i've accomplished a lot since my very FIRST post on this thread, back sometime in January, most important being that i'm almost up to 400 posts

Nope... I'm starting to work on them this week! When is everyone sending them out? How many people do you really think are coming?

We are inviting over 250 people but are crossing our fingers for 200!!!

Hi Ladies...

Another September 15th girl here!!!

I am getting married at our house. Because we are on the water, I am taking my cue from the surroundings... The BM dresses are a pretty ocean blue from Ann Taylor. They look a lot better in person..

Anyone going to Bora Bora and Taha'a for their honeymoon???

I've booked most of my stuff, but because I'm planning it all myself, I'm getting way too much into the details! Who would have thought I would know so much about tents and tent lighting! Oh well.

I think September is the best month for weddings!!!!!

Woohoo!!! 9/15!!! I wanted to get married at my parents house (theyre on the water too) but mom didnt wanna have to deal with cleaning .. Happy Planning Date Twin!!!

EEK! Cleaning.... how bad will it be??? Yeah... I'm pretty nervous about the day! i am simply over-thinking things!!

We haven't finalized our proof yet, and we're a little before you.... I don't know whether that should make you feel better, or me feel worse.

Church / Officiant
RH
Gown ordered - still need everything else
Sent STDs first week of April (because I have a lot of OOT guests)
Hairstylist (my regular)
given my BP til end of April to order their dresses (Bill Levkoff #465) in pistachio and sable

I still have to do everything else. I'm getting nervous. When is everyone sending invitations? I'm planning for end of July but I would like to do an A & B list. Does anyone know how that work?

I keep remembering more people. I only want to pay for 150 but my list is at 213.



I envy those of who have everything done.

I just ordered my invites last week.....I'm probably going to send them out by the end of June. If you plan on doing an A & B list, if I were you I'd probably send them out by early July-mid July, this way as you get no's back, you can send out the B list (and I've heard that most of the no's come towards the end of your RSVP date). I will be stalking my mailbox after I send out my invites!! I can't wait to see whose coming and whose not!!! OH and my list is almost exactly the same as yours- we're inviting around 210, and our guarantee is for 150. Happy planning!!

So its 4 months till Septemeber and there is still so much to do. . . Ive done a lot but I still need to figure out what to do for the ushers and ring bearer and book the rehersal dinner. . . . .

Getting Married 9/22 at Jericho Terrace. . . . . . . getting anxious now. . .

Same here..still no invites but we might have the RD booked by this weekend.

Don't worry too much we have 4 more months (as of tomorrow!!)
