John gave me a binder with different color/style/fabric cloths in them and he said any combo can be done. I just picked ivory with ivory napkins

I called John today..its the vineyards incase anyone was as stressed about it lol...I should have never asked on facebook lol...

How long in advance are people diong thier tasting and going to the bakery?

We did our tasting when we booked. Our meeting to go over the menu and finalize stuff is on May 1st. Will probably go to pick a cake next month. Too busy this month for it!

no menus provided. FSIL made ours
you could make your own if you wanted to.
they do read off the choices to the guests

Did you just call Creat a Cake and they had you on file? I want to make an appointment soon!

no, they didn't have me on file. I just told them my name and date (i'm sure they confirmed it with VC). They let me make my appointment and were very accomodating

Its permanent! It was scheduled for next year, but the had a week of down time so they decided to bump it up. They painted the wall gold/tan and put white molding square things on it... I'm SO excited!!

I like it better... there was an event going on, but he knew how much I disliked it, so he was like 'I have a surprise for you...come quick' so sorry, no pics

OMG! Really?? I'm going tomorrow so I'll try to remember to take pics! I hope it makes a nice backdrop! I never really hated it. What I did hate was the tulle on the railings! But I generally hate anything that screams wedding fluff. LOL!
