OFFICIAL WW WEIGH IN BOARD

Ladies, I just joined WW online but think it would be really helpful too if we (at LIW) also had a weekly weigh-in--especially those of us that joined online and don't have the motivation of the actual meetings and getting on the scale with everyone there.

Anyone?

Alright Gals, Im takign the plunge and goign back to my 1st ww meeting in a year. I had lots of succsess with the program before myt wedding and lost 45 pounds, I gained aloot back not sure how much, I guess Ill find out that today. wish me luck.

Weighed in yesterday...LOST 4.0 POUNDS. I think last week was off because I had my period so it probably disguised some loss)...but anyway....total is 24.0 lbs. One more pound and i've reached the 1/2 way point to 50 lbs!

I'm so friggin happy!!!! Yippee!!!

That's a positive way to look at it....at least you aren't getting down on yourself. Next week will be better!

I gained this week I am so mad I was at WW at 6:45 AM to be told that I gain 1.6 And I was at the gym all week and everything
