OFFICIAL WW WEIGH IN BOARD

Ladies, I just joined WW online but think it would be really helpful too if we (at LIW) also had a weekly weigh-in--especially those of us that joined online and don't have the motivation of the actual meetings and getting on the scale with everyone there.

Anyone?

I haven't been on here in awhile. My weight loss to date since October is 26.8 lbs and I am 0.8 lb from goal!

I hit a plataeu a few weeks ago and I started eating more and I broke it. I didn't go over my points, I just used some more flex points and I increased the intensity of my work outs.

I lost 3 this past week....down 37 total....my goal is 12-15 more lbs by July....

Hi Ladies - I had my first weigh in today at WW since the meetings started last week. I'm down 2.4 lbs. I'm happy but I'm still a bit disappointed because I really thought I lost more. Oh well...there's always next week!
