OFFICIAL WW WEIGH IN BOARD

Original post by SweetCin704

Ladies, I just joined WW online but think it would be really helpful too if we (at LIW) also had a weekly weigh-in--especially those of us that joined online and don't have the motivation of the actual meetings and getting on the scale with everyone there.

Anyone?

Girls, I have so been slacking. I haven't been to the gym once or counted points - very bad, but I've tweaked my diet the past two weeks and have lost 4 lbs. So today is my first day back on the points system and finally back to the gym. I'll let everyone know how it goes. At least I only 20 more pounds to lose instead of 25

7 lbs down...5 weeks. Back to the gym again today, tomorrow, Sunday..etc..

Drinking the water is the real key for me. If I drink all of it, I lose.

I did the same thing many times..

Really? How much water are you supposed to drink? Do you really find it helps with weight loss

My mom joined the online tonight, and I'm doing it with her (I've done it before so I have an idea what to do, I don't need the online setup, just a WW buddy)

I'm 5'11' and 182 lbs. Starting tommorrow (since I had already had all my meals today!) so I'll let you know next monday night!

Hey ladies. I just joined last week and am doing WW online. My first 'weigh in' isn't until tomorrow, but I peeked at the scale this morning, and I have already lost 4 lbs!

I lost 0.6 this week down 10.6 from when I started at the end of October.

Has anyone tried the new Lean Cuisine Panini Sandwich- 7 points and they are pretty good!

I finally decided - I'm joining WW this weekend!!! It's better to start losing weight now and do it gradually. I'll be joining your thread. Good Luck to everyone!!!

Re: OFFICIAL WW WEIGH IN BOARD

I started WW last Saturday. I would LOVE to lose 20 lbs before my wedding. But realistically I don't think that is going to happen so I am going to shoot for 10 and take anything more that I get.

Tomorrow is my first weigh in. I think I didn't pretty well this week. I didn't write anything down. But I stayed within my points (most days ) and exercised like I usually do (I think I need to take it up a notch though). I'll let you know how it goes tomorrow. Hopefully I'll lose something. A pound a week in ten weeks in 10 pounds....That would be fabulous!!!

Weighed in today: down 13.8, only 1.2 more pounds to get to 10%!

diluvchu- you can safely loose 2lbs per week on WW so you can lose 20lbs before your wedding- Best of Luck!

Thanks! Hopefully I'll get there. Small steps. And Congrats are in order for you! 13.8 is wonderful!

I weighed in yesterday and lost 1.8. Not bad. At least I lost. I need to start writing down what I eat and start drinking more water. That's my BIG problem. So today I am going to be serious, whipping out my tracker and writing down everything....all with a bottle of water in my hand...

Thanks- I didn't work out the first several weeks and just focused on eating. I track everything which is probably the biggest thing to being successful. Now I have been working out and I feel really good. Drink lots of water-something I have been working on too.

Good job with 1.8 lbs- it really motivates you to stick with it! Can't wait to hear how you are doing
