Wasn't me either and I ALWAYS miss everything. I think it's b/c I can only be for 5 or 10 min at a time. Darn this working and packing for vacation getting in the way.

i think when these things happen that customer service should reveal who it was, this was others wouldn't do the same thing bc they'd be afraid of being called out. I say we do a petition for this
