Well, we are booked for June 30, 2012 at Land's End!!! Now we have a million things to do.... and I also have a MARATHON to run in 3 weeks (NYC, November 6 - my first and probably only marathon).
What should be my number 1, 2 and 3 priorities right now? Here is what we are working on:
-Finalizing save the dates and our guest list -looking into florists & hotels

The way I did it after guest list and STD, was my photographer, DJ, Video, and dress.
I'm still looking for flowers and the rest...
I wasn't rushing the whole dress experience, i finallysaid yes on Sunday (1st time going to try on dresses) and they told me the dress will be in probably april/ may..sooo I suggest you look @ dresses cus apparently they take long!

After booking venue we did photographer/ videographer & DJ. We still need to book limos & flowers.

I would focus on photo, video, dress and hotel block for now.
After that I'd work on florist, music and invites.

Congrats!! we are *hopefully* booking at Three Village Inn today for Nov. '12! so far I'm thinking of going like this :
- Photographer (seems to me like they book super quick! lots of places told me they were fully booked till Oct. already!) - DJ - Florist

Congrats! And YAY!! Another Land's End Bride! We are hall twins!!
Who did you work with? Our BM is Jenny Dipalma, she's great!!
After hall, we did band (DJ), photographer, & videographer. Then moved to florist.

I did RH, Church & Band at the same time. I wanted a certain band, so I needed to make sure they were available.
Then I did photograther/videographer, and I'm getting my dress this month. I would really start looking for a dress ASAP, the dress shops keep freaking me out saying that if I don't make a decision soon, it won't be in by my July 29th wedding.
IMO, florist, MU, Hair, Invitations are not a priority. You can find any vendor who does that.
Remember, a photographer, band/dj can only do one wedding a time. The other vendors (typically florist, invites, etc.) can do multiple weddings on the same date.
