Well, we are booked for June 30, 2012 at Land's End!!! Now we have a million things to do.... and I also have a MARATHON to run in 3 weeks (NYC, November 6 - my first and probably only marathon).
What should be my number 1, 2 and 3 priorities right now? Here is what we are working on:
-Finalizing save the dates and our guest list
-looking into florists & hotels
Book a ceremony spot (if you're not getting married at the hotel)
Photographer/Videographer/DJ/Dress
Florist
BM Dresses
Invites
Tuxes

Since you are by me, I will say do NOT book your hotels with Crowne Plaza in Holtsville. I did and had to cancel it because of terrible mix-ups and the worst service ever!

Book the vendors first that can only do one event a day (Video,photo, DJ etc). Then move onto the other vendors that can do more then one event in a day ( Florist, Limo, etc). Work on your guest list.

Congrats, after booking the RH I did my DJ, Photo & Video as you need to lock in your date. Beacuse your around my dateme I would suggest to add your dress to the list as you are getting close to the 4-6 month mark in ordering and getting your dress back for fitting (depending on the designer/store. HTH
