It has been months in the process but we finally got our contracts back this morning from the seller's lawyer!! I didn't want to say anything on here til we had the contracts done...We have had our ups & downs with this house! But finally it will be ours on August 26th! FH & I are so excited!!!

Oh yes, we have been through the wood works with the seller...I tell everyone, house hunting & buying is the most fustrating thing you will ever encounter..Remember one thing, if there are issues that you are really concerned with, voice them!
