our kitchen renovation is almost done!!! So now I need a tenant, anyone lookng for a one bedroom in Massapequa? I know I asked this before but wasnt really ready, sorry to repost.

OMG! I remeber her. She is definately a talker. She will chew your ear off. Someone else there rented my apt. though. They are really good there.

OMG....I can't stand it when Delores calls my office...she is very nice but goes on and on and on about nothing. She asks questions about our places that has nothing to do with renting out our houses. She's a riot and I always have to roll my eyes when she calls because I know it's going to be a long conversation.

no she only called me once so far still looking for someone but I have a couple people coming to see it from the sublet.com site, wish me luck!
So what are you planning for your one year anniversary huh??
