officially ready to rent

our kitchen renovation is almost done!!! So now I need a tenant, anyone lookng for a one bedroom in Massapequa? I know I asked this before but wasnt really ready, sorry to repost.

Thanks The previous owner had just put it in, its a really nice apartment. Here is a couple more pics for anyone interested even though its hard to tell from these its all I got.

Hey wow lots of replies, ok as far as 3 people its big but I dont think big enough for 3 people. As far as security the first and last months is standard so thats what I planned on doing. The hallway..hmmm its kind of a dark/terracota beige, the picture looks more orangy than it is in person.

That apartment looks great!! The kitchen and place being new is def. going to make it an easy sell. Hope you get a great person to rent it. Good luck!

Tara, if you want to use a real estate there Is one on Broadway that I used to rent my Apt. in my house. It's called NYONLINE. They also have a website. I believe it's NYONLINE.com . They were very helpful and they do background and credit checks.

Where in Massapequa are you by?? We're practically neighbors!

You can also call 798-3000. I also had a hard time finding someone on my own as well. They found me a great tenant! Good Luck!
