the rabbi i am planning on using doesnt do a contract and idk what to do..i really like her! we give her the money that day, not before.

No contract with the church but we're in their date book & saw the priest write our info in.

No, I have a priest who is a family friend so I trust him. If it didn't work out with him, the priest at my parish (where we are getting married) said he would be happy to oblige, so I'm not really worried. I have an email from him for confirmation but I don't think it would be good etiquette to ask a priest for a signed contract! lol Just my opinion, though.
If it was an officiant that was hired and I am paying, then I definitely would get a contract.

We have one! Honestly if I didn't have a contract from someone, until they showed up I would be worried.
