How much do I need to budget for this? I am getting married at my RH and we want a very simple and short ceremony, so I do not think I will need the officiant to be at the RH for longer than one hour ... including ceremony time. If anyone can give me a range of what to expect I would appreciate it.

I would say usually around $500.

it depends on the officiant...they can be anywhere from $350...and a little more less than that.

we could have went w/ the on the RH recommended which would have been $350, but the one we did book with is $450.

Depends on what type of officiant. We're doing an interfaith ceremony, it will be 30 minutes tops and the priest and rabbi together are $1250. One is $700, the other is $550. If religion is a non-issue, then I know there are officiants on here that are waaay cheaper.

Yeah, we only need one - we are both Catholic but FH doesn't want to get married in a church, so we are doing it at the RH.

from $350 - $650. I think it was b/c the $650 guy was going from Queens to Suffolk.
