Officiant HELP!!!!!

Officiant HELP!!!!!

Hey girls,

So my officiant backed out this weekend and I need some recommendations. We're not super religious, but I feel like if we have some freaky lady doing interpretive dance, my grandmother (who is VERY Roman Catholic) will have a heart attack - although FH and I would probably think it's cool.

So.... who's your officiant?

father bob allmen. he had to back out at the last minute but sent someone in his place. i had a more 1/2 catholic, 1/2 non catholic so i know what you mean.

just google his name; he has a website. i would call; he's not so great with email.

My officiant seems to be very sweet and I like how she has worked with us this far. Her name is Janine Burns=I love to do weddings, fm if you want info.

Pastor Bill Britton was awesome. He let us personalize our ceremony...you can do traditional or religious or mix and match type of a thing. I can email you our ceremony if you'd like to see it?

Totally agree....he married my cousin and he and his wife are marrying FH and I. We are having a dual ceremony and his wife actually does the jewish part of the ceremony.

We used Pastor Mike (hes a vendor on here) and he was great we are still getting compliments on how great he was! DH's grandmother is a catholic & is very religious and he made the ceremony enough so she was happy but not too much. He was great!!

As he will tell you, he says 'God' twice and his whole schpeel lasts 16 minutes and 22 seconds...probably not counting the candle ceremony and any other additional stuff.
