Is he strictly a Christian officiant?? Or does he do spiritual and interfaith ceremonies as well? His website never works right and I wanted to know what to expect before meeting with him. We don't want to do a religious ceremony and I'm really worried about this meeting and if it will be a waste of time...
Any information would be great!!! And if you could remember what church he's in that would also be great as I have lost my directions.....
Thanks

Re: Officiant Question...PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
I dont know if you got any other answers regarding this, but I used Pastor Mike in October and he was amazing! He will tailor the ceremony to make it as religious or non religious as you want. Basically, he gave us all kinds of paperwork and we had to decide what we wanted it to include. If you have any other questions...feel free to FM me

Re: Officiant Question...PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
We are using Pastor Mike and I had the same fears as you. We didn't want a religious ceremony and since he is at a church, I thought that's all I should expect (in fact, I tried to convince FH we should just keep driving past the church!) However, he is the most laid back guy ever!! When you explain to him what you're thinking and how you feel, he will totally work with you! He is at the Nesconset Church. I know you take the LIE to Old Nicholls Road North and follow that for a couple of miles and the church is on the corner of a busy intersection!!! HTH

Re: Officiant Question...PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
We are using Pastor Mike for our Sept. Wedding. He is so easy going and he made us feel so comfortable and put us at ease right from the get go. What we love about Mike is, is that he bases the ceremony around you. When we met with Mike, he wanted to see what kind of people we were, what kind of ceremony we wanted. How religious we wanted it to be.
