Officiants

If you are not getting married in a church but are Catholic who are you using for an Officiant?? Any recomendations? Also, how far in advance do you have to book someone?

Oh yes! If anyone has any answers on this I would greatly appreciate it as well.

I'm Catholic, but FH is not.

ETA: - He's not Christian either.

It's best to book asap so they have the date available. We're getting married outside and are just about up to this part. I haven't found anyone yet that has peaked my interest, like you I'm still on the search!

We are using Father Robert Allman and Rabbi Cohen.

we booked Father Tom McCormick. He used to be a Catholic priest but left the church for personal reasons. He's the next best thing to a priest. He performs a Catholic ceremony (so it'll be what everyone is used to) he's very nice and personable too.

He's a vendor on here.

We also met Mike Callahan, who also used to be a priest. He was very nice too.

If you don't mind a woman, you could use Joan Psotto - she's an interfaith minister and also my cousin She will be performing my wedding this summer and I can't wait!
FM me if you want her number
