I had my tongue ring removed today for the wedding, and FH refused to kiss me because he was scared since we've never kissed before without my tongue ring.

It took me a good two minutes to convince him it would be ok.

It feels SO weird!

I never realized how much I play with it...I keep going to play with it in my mouth and just get nothing hahaha

I've had it for five years, and that's like, more than a fifth of my life so I feel totally naked haha

why would you take it out for the wedding??? just wondering

I've had mine for over 10 years and would have never thought to take it out for the wedding

I was going to leave it in, but then last minute I just decided I didn't want it in for the day.

I have a lottt of ear piercings and my nose pierced, so I just kinda wanted to cut back for the day.

I took my tongue and belly ring out when DH and I started dating.. and the tongue ring closed up within a few days (I had it for 9 years).
