oh, good... they added thunder HELP... questions about RAIN preparedness for TOMORROW

it just keeps getting worse and worse.

I HOPE THEY'RE WRONG!!!!

But, in case they're not....

where can I get a BIG, BEAUTIFUL RED umbrella for pictures?

AND...

right now, my plans for taking pics at Planting Fields and on the beach look rained out...

anyone know of any INSIDE places to take pics in the Syosset/Oyster Bay area?

This is really throwing a wrench in everything. I can see a LITTLE rain, but this is the WHOLE DAY!

During the monsoon at my wedding the photographer opened the windows downstairs in the cocktail hour room all the way, so that we could take pics inside but it looks like they're outside because it has palm trees and the water and everything behind it. Maybe you could do that?

Maybe try Target? Walmart?

so maybe just head right to the CRESCENT? Skip the Planting Fields?

For the umbrella - check Target, Walmart, any of the department stores, etc.

As for the photos. Call your photographer now - they have so many resources available to them, they could offer some advice on places where you could get indoor photos taken that would be near-by and you could call those places today to see if it's possible!!!

Put your mother and bridal party to the umbrella task (or maybe your limo company could provide), so you can relax a little bit and concern yourself with the photographer.

For a large umbrella, try calling the golf stores...or any sporting goods place...maybe they can help you!

Thats right. It will be beautiful rain or shine!

Call your photog and limo people. A lot of them have different color umbrellas for these occasions. Some of the most beautiful photos I've seen are with umbrellas. Photogs are amazing!!! And everyone will help you carry your dress up! If they don't, remind them!!!!

ALSO, if you are planning on going anywhere for photos where there is grass think about your shoes. EIther wear shoes that are flat during this time, or you have to walk on the balls of your feet. Heels and wet grass don't mix. Stick to pathways most of the time.
