You only appreciate things once they are no longer! So true!
I had it so good: just a little cramping in the beginning, a little cramping at the very end, 2 heavy days, 2 light days, DONE, start and finish regulated and on schedule literally up to a minute!
Now it's back to pain, pain, more pain, terrible cramps all over from the waist down, trying to figure out if the light spotting on what supposed to be the first day is considered AF or just spotting, more cramps, wondering is you are in fact on schedule..

I think I will go for a nice slow walk, it always makes me feel more comfortable!![]()
