Oh jeez...

FH is playing Halo 3 with his brother right now... his brother is downstairs in his apartment, we're in ours and they're talking through those headsets... cough losers cough.

Anyone else a video game widow? We have what FH calls 'the tri-fecta.' Playstation 3, XBox 360 (with HD dvd player because apparently the blueray playstation 3 isn't good enough) and Wii.

Their conversation right now is so nerdy. I can't stand it! I'm bored out of my mind and no one is even on our board tonight!

I want to get Cooking Mama but I keep forgetting to buy it. Maybe I'll just hint around about 'quality time video games'.

Also, I dont know if anyone knows about Guitar Hero (I am terrible about this and always threaten to smash the guitar) but Rock Band or something like that is supposed to come out soon. I told FH I will be the lead singer (horrible, horrible singer) and that I am also in charge of the band. He will play guitar and I said everyone else has to audition and its going to be difficult. I think I just like being the boss!

I dont understand his obsession with video games. FH spent all this money on PS 3 and then gets mad at me for my shoe purchases

He doesn't get mad over my purchases but he doesnt understand how new shoes/a new bag/a new coat can make me soooo happy. Meanwhile, when XBox 360 came out, he camped out in the pouring rain in November overnight to get it! Then, when he got home, instead of going to sleep, he started playing it! Madness.

Thank god my FH is not into VG at all.
But he loves sports and always has something on the TV sports related and that drives me nuts.

haha...my FH bought Halo at midnight the night it came out...I always tease him about those dorky headsets and laughs that he talks to other video game nerds...he waits until I go to bed to play which isn't to bad but it does cut into our snuggle time
