oh man!

i think i'm getting sick...i've had a terrible sore throat all day with a post-nasal drip...anyone else feeling me? i hate being sick...

yes! I was so congested on Monday I almost passed out at one point during the day. Finally starting to feel better now...

I have heard great things about Emergen-C. Its a powder you mix with water and its a huge dose of Vitamin C. Everyone I work with raves about it. HTH

yea man- it sucks working in a hospital and being sick...your like talking to people, coughing, clearing your throat constantly...and because my throat hurts i'm like trying to even limit my talking...i bought airborne tonight as per a recommendation from one of the PAs i work with...she swears by it...also stocked up on cough drops with medicine center, lotioned tissues and tussin CF....

on a good note....the puppy slept in the crate last night, second night out of my bed and he didn't cry or whine once...
