Now that I am finally shaking less enough to write.....I figured out the reasons for my decreased milk production and other problems....with a 5 1/2 month old daughter, even though I was breast feeding.....I AM PREGNANT. I am so not ready!! I am so overwhelmed right now, we are so shocked.

I know it's overwhelming now but they'll be so close to each other!! That'll be great for them Congrats - and enjoy every minute with your baby for the next 9 months!!

congrats!!! my brother and I are 11 mos apart and him and my sister are 11 mos apart!! That is how I want my family too!! It is so much fun

Congratulations!!! It must seem overwhelming now, but you have nine months to adjust. I want to have our children close in age and have a few friends who did it that way and they don't regret it at all. Have a happy & healthy 9 months

Breastfeeding is in no way birth control...wow...you and your husband must be totally shocked...of course this is a blessing but I am also sure it is a lot to take in right now. You have lots of support here.
Have you been able to increase your production at all?

I think my initial reaction would be the same as yours, shocked, scared..,but then once it all sinks in the happiness and excitement kicks in. Well cogtratulations to you and your husband. I wish you a happy and healthy pregnancy.

Congratulations! My parents had 4 children in 4 1/2 years (no twins) and it was great growing up with all of us so close in age! It's tough work, but your kids are going to love having someone to always play with!
