Oh My Lord..

The moment i was dreading just happened!!!

My dad just asked me who is walking me down the aisle!!

I am one of those with the Step Parent dilemma..

I already asked my Step Dad to do it for various reasons and did not know how I was going to tell my dad...

HE ASKED...and I had to tell him...

But I told him I would dance with him..b/c dancing was his forte!!!

I feel like vomiting.....

But it's done!

Oh I totally feel you on this one! I have to tell my Father that my Mother is walking me down the aisle. Now he should expect this and I am more than justified in my decision, however there is a HUGE part of me that is DREADING this. But I just need to find the right time and like you just get it over with. I know you feel bad now but you are def making the right decision for you!!!!!

I am in the same situation as you!! I would prefer my step-dad to walk me down the aisle over my dad, but I have guilt issues, so I think I am going to ask both of them to walk me down.

Whew be glad its done. My parents are divorced and my mom wants to walk me down the aisle instead of my dad (she STILL has issues with him). I really want my dad b/c I like the traditonalism (I know its not a word) of it. I dont have the heart to tell her.
