My computer got a virus and my dad had to re-program the whole thing. I lost ALL my wedding files and pics. SO SAD!!!

Im so sorry Michele!!! That must really STINK! Theres a big virus going around. All the computers here at work had it last Wednesday which shut the system down in the whole company. You should try to keep some stuff on file here on LIW. I hope you find everything you had saved

This also happend to me a few weeks ago! Luckily I was able to extract my wedding files and reload them after the virus was removed!

Oh that really stinks!!!! I had a similar situation where I lost all my wedding files and it was such a pain to find them again!! UGH!!!

This is why I am a big stickler for keeping your Antivirus and patches up to date. I have a friend who is an IT tech and he always tells me to back up files on something just in case. I have most of my wedding files burned to a cd right now, but I have to clean out my hard drive soon (there's something kooky going on) so I have to back up all over again!!
Maybe you can get one of those flash cards! You can get them for fairly cheap nowadays at Best Buy!
