Original post by queenB

ok i just found out that i am 9 weeks pregnant! I was planning a may wedding, now i am thinking that is not going to be possible unless i want to be rolled down the aisel! so what should we do?!?! should we just call off the big wedding idea and have something with just immediate family or could i push up the big wedding to say.. february? i feel like i am going to be disappointed if i don't get to have the wedding i wanted.

It's so funny, because I am in the same exact situation right now. I'm 8 weeks pregnant and my wedding is in May. We have all the vendors that we want and we refuse to get married after the baby is born and we were worried that if we moved it up, we'd lose our vendors. We've decided to get married at town hall next month and keep our May 22nd wedding. I'm not afraid of walking down the aisle pregnant, but do what you feel is right.

Congrats
This happened to my cousin...they just pushed everything up to when they felt that she wouldn't be anywhere near having the baby durning the wedding...it bascially gave her 3 to 4 months to plan for everything and it was beautiful...

Congratulations! You definitely deserve to have the wedding of your dreams - you should see if you can push it up! :)

Hi and Congratulations! I would say if it is feasible...push it up like everyone else is suggesting. If you can't and would loose too much money then just keep the date and enjoy yourself.
