OH NO!!! INVITATION ERROR!!! UPDATE

I just received my invitations in the mail today. I was so excite to see the box, i couldn't wait to open it..

WELL... they put a different embossment on the top of my invitations! They put a Celtic Cross instead of an Orthodox Liturgical Cross.. I specifially mentioned that on the order form I faxed in as well as to the woman on the phone!

I mean it doesn't look horrible, but its not the one I ordered... lemee see if I can attache the two..

OH AND THE PROBLEM WAS on the proff they emailed me there was just an empty box that said embossment here...

I have to call them tomorrow and see what i can do.. I used REAVES ENGRAVING (other than they they are wonderful and timely emboss.aspx[/L] http://www.reavesengraving.com/sf-emboss.aspx


UPDATE: I spoke to the company and they said they will reprint them! I do have to send the ones that i have back though, still waiting for a follow up call from them as to how to do that!

OH NO SWEETY, YOU SHOULD GET THE ONE YOU PAID FOR,..... ASK FOR A NEW BATCH

I'm sure when you call them it will all work out!!

Just call them and tell them what happened, I'm sure they will just send you a new order with the correct cross.

They should be able to do this and in the meantime you should be able to keep the envelopes and send them to the calligrapher. In theory you'll have the invites back in time to send everything out on schedule. Hope everything works out!

good point thanks, I know I have about 2 weeks before I wanted to send them out!
