Oh No......(with Pic)

SO FH got a job back in October in CT, he has been living iwth my parents ever since and we see each other once a week or so.

Well, We decided that we wanted to move to CT after the wedding so we started house hunting a few weeks ago just to get an idea of what is out there.

I told FH that I DID NOT WANT TO BUY A HOUSE BEFORE THE WEDDING!!!!

WEllllll................. WE found our dream home yesterday

I'm totally freaking out because I'm getting married in 68 days and now we have to call banks tomorrow, put an offer on the house get an inspection and we are now probably buying our first hoem before the wedding!!! I'm totally panicking and terrified right now. WE are just so miserable living away from each other and this is our DREAM HOME!!!

What do you guys think??? Am I totally crazy for trying to buy a house now; or should I give this one up and try to find one after the wedding?

HELP

Go for the house i think the best thing we did was buy a house 1 yr before the wedding at least this way by the time the weddign rolls around you are already used to paying the morgage and new bills you and FH will have a system in place and trust when I say its not bad.

Do not give up your dream home its beautiful and sometimes we just have to accept that things are not always handed to us in the order that we like it but somehow we must deal with it.

Holy cow, that is a beautiful house!! I say go for it - it's a great investment and something to look forward to a long, happy time in! It will be tight for awhile, but you're already budgeting your $$ so you can just keep at it, cut things back where possible, and make it work. The great thing is that you'll get a big tax refund back next year, which will help a lot. Good luck!

Date twin- buy it!! It will be stressful, trust me, but it is sooooo worth it. You will regret it if you don't!
We just closed on our home last month, and it was so crazy stressful. But it's so worth it- we love it!

Definitely buy it! It's GORGEOUS. It's definitely stressful, but you will be kicking yourself if you let your dream house slip away.

That's a gorgeous house. If you really love it, do it now. OTOH, I keep hearing how the housing market is going down, which is great for us, as we're going to start house hunting for serious after the wedding. So...you might get a much better deal if you wait until the summer or fall. It's a hard decision. But if it's really your dream house, you should go with it.
