I must go back on Atkins and get my lazy butt to the gym. Food is my weakness!

I have the intentions of exercising and dieting, but it aint gonna happen lol oh well!

Ok so here's how yoga was


I learned I have absolutely no balance and fell over quite a few times

I laughed waaaaayyy too much at some of the poses (i am just humorous by nature and getting into all these sexual type poses just made me crack up which I dont think the instructor liked very much!!)

It was kinda hard, its all about getting each little muscle in your body right so that you balance and calm yourself down.


I feel good today though- like i worked out but not to the point of muscle exhasution.

I would defintly go again when i need a calm and slow workout.

DO NOT GIVE UP! The first time seems really weird and you feel so uncoordinated and tight. It does get easier and it will help you deal with all the wedding stress. I haven't been going reguarly for a month now and I notice a difference. I am cranky, very emotional, and not centered. I know I sound like a nut but this stuff works. I got my certification this summer so I have been teaching my middle school students once a week. In one month, they have more balance and flexability. I am actually amazed at how well they do since the first day was all laughter and no one came close to doing the positions correctly. Stick with it!!!!
